Though Spring is busting out all over and Beverly Hills is beautiful right now (with jasmine, wisteria, azalea, bougainvillea in profusion everywhere), as far as food is concerned it is roots, roots, roots and this is reflected in this week's meals. Thank goodness for snow peas to add a bit of variety to our vegetable routine. My CSA box kicks in next week and I am really looking forward to it.
