This Week's Menu



It is that weird period in seasonal eating when vegetables are all over the place - you have both the end of winter root veggies and the early baby ones of spring with which to play. As mentioned in an earlier post, I am also dealing with a glut of citrus so am happily incorporating vitamin C boosters in everything!

The image above has no bearing whatsoever on this week's menu. Just wanted to let you know, Oh Gentle Reader, that I am aware that I am punctuation challenged. Hopefully I make up for it by transcribing my meal plans and giving you delicious recipes with which to work.
