Lobster Smørrebrød

Since we have such delicious Nordic bread in the house, it only made sense to have smørrebrød for lunch. Our version of the Danish open-faced sandwich included lobster tail, chopped cornichons, tarragon mayonnaise and a sprinkling of L.'s favorite salt - lava salt from Cyprus.
