Much as I enjoyed the Thnksgiving turkey (and the leftovers, the sandwiches, the turkey hot water crust pie and the opportunity to make stock), I am slightly poultry weary. L. and I are therefore starting the week off with beef and will continue our meat streak with pork in several incarnations.
