And here we are, mid-December already; the first snow of the season came yesterday - pretty to look at but didn't stick. L. and I stayed nice and toasty and trimmed the way too big tree while drinking hot cocoa with marshmallows. The cats are fascinated by the tree and I predict ornament breakage of some sort before the weekend is over.
