I have shopped for this already and will start prepping as much as I can in advance in the morning. I think the menu is a nice mix of easy dishes and "showing off" ones, which is always what one wants for festive meals, This allows us to keep our holiday cheer (and basic sanity) alive throughout the season. I also - hopefully - have found a happy medium between mandatory calorific seasonal fare and enough vegetables to ease the conscience a bit...
Photos will follow as a meal postmortem for those of you who are wondering what in the world Brussels Sprout and Stuffing Sliders are. Since they are, as of yet, a complete figment of my imagination, we shall see.
