Salt Cod Balls, Eggplant "Dengaku" and Broad Noodles in a Spicy Fish and Asian Vegetable B

While this was an excellent way to clean freezer and fridge, the amount of work that went into this bore no relationship to its taste. I am only posting this photo because one of my friends happened to read my menu and asked me how this turned out.

The eggplant will be made again; the rest is relegated to wherever bad recipes go to die...
