I hope you find a few dishes here that you will want to make at home. It is quite an eclectic bunch of meals but exactly what I want to eat his week. I am doing my best to incorporate spring vegetables where I can but yesterday's visit to the farmer's market showed me that we are not quite there yet. For example, I am craving rhubarb as I do in the spring but didn't find any specimens worthy of bringing home.
Sigh. We really are going to go straight from winter to summer this year.
