Spring Cleaning Reward

To reward myself for spring cleaning the kitchen, which means going the extra mile from emptying all cupboards and wiping down the shelves to having a lovely declutter, a delicious lunch break of green coconut curry straight from the freezer clean-out. Note to self: the broth was exquisite but never, ever freeze tofu again.

Nourished and sustained, I am off to clean the floor and then clear the balcony garden of all that died over the course of the winter so that I can get planting again.
