Happy Halloween!



It has been a busy week and recipes have not, as of yet, gone as planned (hence my lack of posts). I have made cream puffs and cream filled swans and gougeres but I will attempt Gnocchi à la Parisienne again another time...I also promised you a Halloween cocktail or tonight's witching hour (AKA cocktail hour) - and may yet deliver - but the ones here look delicious.
