Cook's Bonus



There is usually enough turkey meat left to make sandwiches, soup and a few other items but never more than a few spoonfuls of stuffing, no matter how much one makes. As the cook I allocate that to myself when divvying up leftovers and, even though I know it is "bread on bread action", enjoy it enormously the next day in a turkey sandwich with salt, white pepper and much more mayonnaise than I should.
