My friend and I had plans to go to the movies today (Widows, don't bother) and a quick brunch before going seemed just the thing. For a brunch that took such a short time to prepare, it turned out very well and I was very proud of how the Dutch Baby puffed up. I will transcribe the recipe forthwith. Add coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and of course a delightful friend and good conversation, to the mix and it was truly an occasion.
