A spicy mix of chorizo, bison tips, goat's cheese ricotta, chopped tomato and broccoli rabe all encased in pastry shaped like a holiday tree - what could go wrong? I have to say that the filling was delicious but my trusty holiday tree mold, released from the baking cupboard for its annual outing, let me down badly. Its non-stick surface bonded with the pizza dough like the two glues that mix to form Epoxy and it was down hill from there...L. had pasta for dinner and I am avoiding the kitchen as someone has to clean the mold...
