A mixed bag of a menu this week; inspiration didn't strike as it usually does and menu planning came down to what vegetables from the CSA box needed to be eaten first rather than anything that made sense. I think that I am suffering from End-of-Winter-itis: all I can think of are nettles and ramps and morels...none of which are quite available yet. Root vegetables need to go away now!
