I loved this. I really enjoyed the juxtaposition of creamy polenta, salty pancetta, gooey egg, crunchy asparagus and garlicky ramps. I felt that all the textures and tastes melded together really well. L. on the other hand mentioned that he felt that I put together a group of elements and tried to tell a story and didn't quite get it together cohesively...
