Menu: Week of 03/29/20

It is definitely a weird world that we live in if unpacking groceries now includes the above…

A change to our template as of this week: after much nagging from L. who feels that I spoil the start to his weekend on a weekly basis, our Friday meal has been changed from full-on vegetarian to “veggie-centric”, a pretty self-explanatory change.

To those who have reached out to say that are really enjoying my much more prettified photos on Instagram – thank you so much! A new phone with a better camera, 24/7 quality time with an exceedingly critical teen and The Great British Menu on a near permanent viewing loop have forced me to up my presentation game.

To the woman who reached out to mention that she felt that I was posting fewer recipes than usual, that may well be true but please check out the prior week’s menu as well as the recipes posted for the week. Very often there are recipe links there to items that I have made before which I do not repost.

To all of you in isolation – stay sane, stay healthy, stay safe.
