Menu: Week of 4/14/19




Yeehaw! Barring the potatoes tonight which will use up the end of my stock, there is not a root vegetable in sight in this week's menu. Very exciting. I am looking forward to appetizer salads of tender young greens and baby spinach, the first asparagus of the season and any spring vegetable that I can get my hands on, especially in Thursday's vegetable broth. Happy spring. One of the most exciting eating times of the year.
