This week's menu was very much built around our CSA box which, to my slight dismay, was mostly comprised of perishable greens - collard, mizuna, spinach, romaine - and enough scallions and green garlic to make toothpaste stock prices rise. This basically means that this week's menu is top heavy on greens in the first half of the week in order to use them before they wilt, and slightly pantry heavy in the second half because I will have used up my CSA bounty.
