Menu: Week of 07/14/19

I will "bother" you with a newsletter on the first Sunday of each month and exceedingly rarely with a recipe that just gets me too excited to wait to share it with you.


This week is a bit of an odd one as I will be away for a few days in D.C. and will not be posting mid-week. We are driving down from New York so tune in for bonus recipes from our roadside picnic and enjoy the few recipes that will come from the menu items below. All easy and all excellent for the summer heat. A nd there is a slight bonus in the fact that there are 2 20-minute-challenges this week, which is also a good thing for summer cooking.


Oh, and happy Bastille Day. I shall have a glass of red with my "kitchen sink" laksa to celebrate.
