This Week's Menu



Sunday dinner was easy to plan - scallops from the freezer, the keen desire to use the two bunches of Italian parsley that I somehow accumulated last week, and the addition of a few kohlrabi remaining from last week's CSA box. The rest of the week, except for the specific requests on Tuesday and Wednesday, is pretty much planned around the vegetables that showed up in this week's veggie box. I think that I have shown good taste in how I will use them. And am also looking forward to nights out or being cooked for over the weekend.
