As usual, I am a little all over the place with my meal plan.
What to highlight...Lots of seasonal vegetables make an appearance including zucchini blossoms (yeehaw); I am having friends over for dinner on Wednesday so pulling out a few stops and L. requested gaspacho indignantly after seeing that I made it for myself last week. Since he nixed soups in general this year, I was a bit surprised and promise (again) to post the recipe.
