The above is too true though I really can't complain this year - L.m being a teen really only wants to go in his room and not be bothered by me, a reversal on all years past.
Summer is also the best time of the year for vegetables (doh) and I am taking full advantage of this this week. Tomatoes, corn, blackberries, baby leaves, herbs, dandelion greens, yellow squash - all are making an appearance this week along with more fish than I usually serve for some reason.
