Roasted Beets, Marinated Chickpeas, Chorizo Meatballs and Homemade Sourdough-Chorizo Oil Croûtons, on a Bed of Chopped Turnip and Carrot Greens Tossed in a Worcestershire Sauce-Red Wine Vinegar Dressing. Yum. Yay Fall!
