Thanksgiving is over and I am officially done with turkey for a while. It was great on the day, lovely in sandwiches, fantastic in soup and has certainly added to the overfill in my freezer in the form of many pints of stock. This week I am craving pork and veal and oily fish, all new recipes which hopefully will turn out as well on the plate as they sound in my head.
