A short week of dinners as we are away for the holidays but a flavorful menu none the less. And, despite my best efforts, now that my darling child has gone from a boy who used meat as a flavoring to vegetables to a teen who thrives on chunks of medium rare beef, lots more animal protein than I usually offer in the course of the week.
