šŸ” Miso Chicken Wings



L.'s favorite dish made another appearance this evening. I have posted variations on the menu before, with this one being the best. I was out of hot sauce this evening so used yuzu-kosho instead - a good substitution - and used just a teaspoon of oil rubbed on the foil so that the chicken wouldn't stick. Some day I will stop playing with this recipe and (hopefully) some day he will tire of these and we can move on to something else.
