Slow Roasted Short Ribs with Coconut Milk and Lemongrass

I am not going to post this recipe - yet. There were a lot of pros such as the way all the aromatics melted together to make a silky sauce but I need to work out a few flavoring issues to get the right kick and back notes for y'all. Stay tuned.
