Genius Corn On The Cob

There are few things more summery than corn on the cob and following is the easiest way to make it without any fuss or bother.

All you have to do is wrap each husked ear of corn in a wet paper towel, bung it into the most underutilized of your kitchen arsenal (AKA the microwave) and blast the corn for 5 minutes. Or, if the ears of corn are still in the husk, wet them down and blast them for 5 minutes as well. Let them cook for a few minutes so that you can handle them, and you will be amazed because the silk comes right off easily.

For both methods: bit of melted butter, sprinkling of salt, perfectly cooked corn ready to go.
