This is the easiest snack or picnic dinner there is. Or, as I did this evening, make it a part of a tapas type dinner. All you need to do is to make blistered tomatoes, and then use them to top French bread that you have baked at 425, topped with your favorite cheese - grated - some salt, dried oregano and white pepper. It is yummy.
