I had neither a bushel nor a peck of them, but A LOT of peppers have accumulated in the past weeks due to their regular appearance in ye olde CSA box. I happened to run out of Sriracha sauce last week so it made sense to see if I could come up with something similar. See you in a week or so for final results and a recipe if this works.
